No-Frost Technology
Life’s to short for defrosting refrigerators. Which is why every GE refrigerator has advanced No-Frost technology. This not only saves time and effort but also reduces “ice-burn” and strips food of vital nutrients and vitamins as it defrosts, helping eliminate the unpleasant mix of food odour and ensures your frozen produce stays free flowing.Frostguard™ Technology monitors door openings in order to calculate when it’s necessary to defrost, rather than working on a “time” method like most refrigerators. It also utilises a pre chill function to lower the freezer temperature prior to the defrost cycle.

Electronic Temperature Sensors
A really cool system of air circulation..
Electronic Temperature Sensors monitor fresh food and freezer temperature, which can be seen at a glance on the temperature management panel. What’s more, whereas most refrigerators simply blow cold air into the top of the refrigerator, GE’s air tower dispenses cool air throughout the refrigerator to deliver cool air only when needed, keeping food fresh. Temperature adjustment is simple too, using the up front control panel, you can select the exact temperature of both refrigerator and freezer and rest assured that this temperature will be maintained by no less than five
different thermostats.

Full-Extension Freezer Baskets
Slide out all the way to give easy access to all your food. Door baskets tilt out for a maximum flexibility and are easily removable for loading and unloading food.

 

Ice and Water Dispenser
Introducing the tallest ice and water dispenser, which requires only the slightest touch so as to be gentle with your glassware. It also offers a door alarm, a child lock and of course a light, which will gently fade once dispensing is complete.

 

CustomCool™
Getting crispness to perfection.
The new CustomCool™ Crisper offers the ultimate flexibility:

ExpressThaw setting will use warm air to accurately defrost food before reverting to a refrigerated crisper to ensure the most hygienic storage conditions.
ExpressChill setting allows ultra quick cooling; for example, a bottle of wine can be chilled from room temperature to 1ºC in around 20 minutes.
SelectTemp is used to accurately select the most suitable temperature for the food being stored. Simply select the food type and the refrigerator will control the temperature accordingly.

Fresh Produce Crisper
The Fresh Produce Crisper has adjustable humidity controls to keep fruit and vegetables fresher for longer.

 

Temperature Controlled Drawer
Allowing you to set the optimum temperature for storing meat and dairy products.

Spill Proof Shelves
Spill proof, slide out glass shelves and the GE QuickSpace™ Shelf, which quickly slides back to half depth offering total storage flexibility.

 

SmartWater™ Plus
GE’s Smart Water Plus Filtration System filters both ice and water, removing 99% of all impurities. This filter is located within the refrigerator so replacement is easy. Each filter will last for approximately one year.
